Rosehips are berry-like fruits with a tangy taste. They are not like roses at all; they are almost the same as hibiscus flowers when it comes to aroma and scent. They offer a distinct flavor combination of fruits and spices.
Directions: To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
